Based on your fitness level and personal interests, your program will combine cardio, flexibility, and strength training to achieve your unique goals. Every woman is different, both in body type and lifestyle, and I create new routines for each client. I always keep it fresh and challenging while staying practical and avoiding fads. I also make myself available for phone or e-mail support at no additional charge so you can always ask questions or get support when you need encouragement motivation!
